Maja Nowak

Maja Nowak is our lead ESG analyst. When a company wants to know how to operate with respect for the environment and people, and at the same time make a profit, Maja steps in. Her task is to break down all data related to ecology and corporate social responsibility into their constituent parts.

For 6 years, she has been helping enterprises from the Podlasie region. She has already prepared 137 non-financial reports. We often work with smaller and medium-sized companies that are just taking their first steps in ESG. Maja can show that this is not just paperwork, but a real opportunity for savings and a better reputation. Frankly, without her accuracy, it would be difficult to achieve such concrete calculations.

Her specialty is carbon footprint assessment. She precisely checks where the company consumes the most energy and how this can be changed. In the last quarter of 2024, she helped one of the local production plants from Bielsk Podlaski reduce electricity consumption by 11.3%. We check the numbers – that's her motto. And these numbers always add up.

Maja also supports in obtaining environmental grants. She knows EU and national programs like the back of her hand. Many of our clients, thanks to her, obtained funds for modernization, for example, replacing old furnaces with more ecological ones. She helps in filling out applications and keeps track of deadlines. Zero stress, maximum effectiveness.

She always focuses on action, because we focus on action. She believes that theory is important, but the end result matters. She likes to see how the companies she works with actually change for the better. She is punctual and always calls back. This is important in our work, where every day is an opportunity for Eco-logically to profit.

Privately, Maja enjoys spending time in the nature of Podlasie. Sometimes she visits Białowieża Forest with her family. She understands the value of clean air and unpolluted water not only from tables but from everyday life. Her involvement in ESG stems from personal convictions. This helps build client trust – after all, it's about making the world around us better, isn't it?
